CANCELATION POLICY

If an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours or if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a 50% fee for the services you had scheduled for that day. If this occurs more than 2 times, your 3rd appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked upfront. No exceptions.

LATE POLICY 

If you are running late, please call me as soon as you know that you can not make your appointment on time. I will decide if it is fair for the next client who shows up on time if I can still perform the service you have booked. All clients that are more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. If persistent tardiness occurs, you will be charged 30% of your service booked.

DEPOSITS

If you book a Balayage or an Ombre, I do require a credit card deposit for half of the service amount. The deposit is taken on the day of booking. When you come in on the day of your appointment that deposit will be applied towards your payment.
